    Private classes offer a unique opportunity for complete customization, focusing exclusively on areas you wish to enhance. This tailored approach is not attainable in group settings, where individualized attention may be limited. Many students find private sessions particularly beneficial as they may doubt beginning their practice in a group environment or feel that group class levels do not precisely match their abilities or goals.

  • How should I prepare for the class?

    Choose a tranquil, well-ventilated area for your practice. Consider using incense or palo santo to create a soothing ambience. Prepare a yoga mat, water bottle, and cushion for comfortable seating. Wear loose, comfortable clothing to facilitate unrestricted breathing and movement during your session.

  • Is breathwork suitable for everyone?

    While breathwork can benefit many people, including those seeking stress relief, relaxation, and emotional release, individuals with certain medical conditions or breathing disorders should consult a healthcare professional before participating in breathwork practices.   • What is personal sadhana?

    Personal sadhana refers to a spiritual practice or discipline that an individual undertakes regularly to cultivate personal growth, spiritual development, and inner transformation. It is a committed effort to consistently and sincerely engage in practices such as meditation, yoga, chanting, prayer, and the study of sacred texts or other rituals.

By booking and attending a session with us, you agree to the following Terms and Conditions. Please read them carefully.

1. Services Offered

We provide spiritual mentoring, life coaching, yoga, meditation, breathwork, and holistic wellness services. These sessions are available online through our website (www.valeriaveresiuc.com) and are conducted via Zoom or Google Workspace.

2. Booking & Payment

All sessions must be booked and paid for in advance through our website.

Payments are processed via PayPal or Bank Transfer, and you will receive a confirmation email upon successful booking and payment.

3. Non-Refundable Policy

Booked sessions are non-refundable under any circumstances. Please ensure you can commit to the time and date of your session before booking.

  • If you are unable to attend, please follow the rescheduling policy below.

4. Rescheduling Policy

You may reschedule your session free of charge, provided you give at least 48 hours' notice before the scheduled time. To reschedule, please contact us at info@valeriaveresiuc.com.

  • Rescheduling requests made with less than 48 hours' notice may not be accommodated, and you will forfeit the session.

  • You may only reschedule a session once. If you need to reschedule more than once, we may ask for additional fees or deny further changes.

5. No-Show Policy

If you fail to attend a scheduled session ("No Show") without prior notice, you will not be eligible for a refund or rescheduling. No-shows are considered a forfeited session.

6. Cancellations

We reserve the right to cancel any session at our discretion. In the event we need to cancel, you will be offered an alternative time or a full refund.

7. Session Content & Delivery

All sessions will be conducted online, and we strive to ensure a professional and respectful environment.

  • By participating in our sessions, you agree to engage in the coaching, spiritual, and wellness practices respectfully and with an open mind.

  • The content of each session will be tailored to your needs, but we do not guarantee any specific results, as outcomes vary from individual to individual and are deeply dependent on individual’s own input and commitment.

8. Confidentiality & Privacy

We respect your privacy and will keep all personal information shared during sessions confidential, except when required by law.

  • We use Zoom and Google Workspace to host online sessions. Please refer to their privacy policies for more information on how your data is handled.

9. Health Disclaimer

The services we offer are intended to support your personal growth and wellness. However, they are not a substitute for professional medical or psychological treatment.
